Green Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd
A bilingual corporate platform for GIPI Cambodia — park maps, zone master plans, services, and CSR — built with Laravel and React.

Overview
Green Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd needed a public-facing site that could explain a complex industrial park to investors and visitors without burying the story in PDFs. I designed and built the platform end to end: information architecture, UI, Laravel backend, and a React frontend deployed for production use at gipicambodia.com.
The site walks visitors through the park corridor, interactive zone master plans, service offerings, and a CSR impact pathway, with bilingual English / Khmer support so local and international audiences can navigate the same content.
Evidence
Problem
An industrial park is hard to explain on a brochure: corridors, zones, services, and CSR commitments all compete for attention. Stakeholders needed a single place to explore the park visually, understand what the company offers, and switch between English and Khmer without losing context.
Approach
I started with the content model — park, services, CSR, and company — then designed routes and page hierarchy before polishing components. Laravel owns persistence, validation, and content delivery; React powers interactive surfaces such as corridor maps and zone master plans. That split kept business rules maintainable while still shipping a modern visitor UI.
What shipped
The live site includes a hero-led home, an Our Park section with corridor / hub context, a master-plan view for inspecting zones, and a CSR impact pathway. Screenshots in this case study are from the production build. Engagement ran as freelance work from 2024 onward for Green Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd in Cambodia.
